How We Do It

Everything we do is driven by process, and you’ll see that first hand when we take over management of your systems. When you partner with us we start a phased onboarding program that allows us to get to know each other, find anything that needs to be fixed immediately, and smoothly integrate into a working partnership.


Phase 1 – Initial Technology Assessment and Documentation

First, we get to know you with a visit to your office that allows us to assess and document your IT infrastructure. The output from this is captured in our configuration management system and a prioritized list of any critical issues that need an immediate fix. In this phase we also generate a network diagram, a written evaluation of the health of your IT infrastructure, and we create a Monitoring and Remediation plan that we use in Phase 2.

Phase 2 – Fixing Known Issues and Deploying Monitoring Agents

Second, we begin rolling out monitoring agents, patch management software, anti-virus software, Office 365, and Microsoft Office throughout your business. This is also where we fix any critical issues, make sure your backups are up to date, and generally stabilize your IT infrastructure.

Phase 3 – Ongoing Monitoring, Management, and Support

In Phase 3, we’ve fully partnered with your company and are providing proactive monitoring, management, and maintenance of your systems. We are actively providing support for your users, and making sure your system stays healthy.
